AUTOPAY for Monthly Rolling Enrollment AUTHORIZATION: All monthly rolling class payments are run monthly by automatic debit on the first of the month with the credit card provided by the family at registration. Payment authorization is required as this is a financial agreement between our families and Guardian Swim School. A family can pay by cash or check as long as there is credit/debit information provided as a back-up and payment is made prior to the 15th of the earlier month.
Auto payment rejections will be charged a $15 rejection fee when payment is collected.
All monthly rolling class students must submit a 15-day written notice online for billing arrangements to be removed from monthly processing by the 15th of the earlier month. Go to www.guardianswimschool.com, choose “Enroll Now” on the menu bar, select “Withdrawal” from the drop-down menu and complete and submit the form that follows. Guardian Swim School reserves the right to adjust the monetary amount billed each month where applicable due to prorates, class changes, additional discounts, or additional fees due, including any outstanding Membership fees.
All swimmers under the age of 4 (even if potty trained) are REQUIRED to wear TWO REUSABLE cloth, snug fitting, (washable, cloth-lined) swim diapers (pool pants). Disposable diapers alone are ineffective and therefore, unacceptable. We must maintain a healthy swim environment and this means we will NOT compromise on this standard. Thank you for your help in keeping our pool safe for all swimmers.
If you are going to be absent, please let us know more than 12 hours in advance.
We track attendance however there is no need to report an absence if it is less than 12 hours before the class. We will not be able to use that empty spot.
If you miss a lesson, you may choose to:
- Attend an Open Family Swim session.
- Request a Make-up.
Make-Up Class Policy
Make-ups are based on availability and are not guaranteed. You are paying monthly tuition for your child’s spot in their weekly class. Consistent attendance is better for everyone. The staff on your child’s shift will get to know your child and be better able to address their progress. Overuse of rescheduling negatively affects classes. Please honor the spirit of this privilege and use it only for illness and serious conflicts.
- Can be requested up to 7 days in advance of the make-up date.
- expire when you withdraw and are not carried over
