Levels

Objectives:

  • Happily put whole face in the water and blow bubbles
  • Introduce back float

Objectives:

  • Rhythmic breath exchange
  • Front float
  • Comfort on back
  • Comfortable independent underwater exploration
  • Nose bubbles
  • Kicking, face in, blowing bubbles

Objectives:

  • Independent, balanced and relaxed front and back floats and glides
  • Lifesaving skill of jumping or falling in and rolling onto back to a stable, extended float
  • Propulsive, efficient front and back kicking

Objectives:

  • Relaxed rhythmic jumping bobs
  • Horizontal rollovers
  • Jump in, roll on back, breathe, rollover, kick back to the wall
  • Introduction to freestyle
  • Fundamental dolphin kick

  • Sitting bobs
  • Front somersaults
  • Fundamental freestyle
  • Elementary backstroke
  • Fundamental breaststroke
