Please provide the information below and we will contact you for scheduling. Assessments will be done Monday – Thursday starting at 4:00 p.m. & Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. Other days/times can ONLY be scheduled by request/appointment.

First time swimmers do not require an assessment.
